At a Special Meeting held on March 27, 2009, stockholders of Renegy Holdings, Inc. approved a proposal to delist from the Nasdaq Capital Market. and to deregister Renegy common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) and cease filing reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
